We are uniquely qualified to perform infrared refractory inspections. DTS employs former refractory installers/inspectors.
We have actually been on the inside of much of the refractory lined equipment that we inspect. This gives us an advantage when determining exactly what the root cause may be when we find a hot spot and qualifies us to make more informed recommendations.
From reaction furnaces to FCCU’s, DTS has performed 100’s of refractory lining inspections. We conduct baseline studies of recently erected/repaired equipment, maintenance monitoring of operating units and pre-turnaround inspections to help identify the scope of work for your project.
