An infrared inspection of electrical and mechanical equipment is critical to maintaining a safe and well maintained facility. IR is very cost effective in reducing event disruptions, reducing the risk of fire and eliminating fan discomfort.
We have performed chill water piping CUI inspections at major multi-purpose facilities. These inspections have revealed areas of corrosion that were previously not known by the owner or operations management group. Prompt action on these indications has prevented piping failures that may have lead to water leaks and loss of chill water efficiency.
